The data subject has the right to obtain from the controller the erasure of his or her personal data without undue delay, and the controller has the obligation to erase personal data without undue delay where one of the grounds set out in Article 17 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 applies, in particular where the data subject withdraws consent on which the processing of the data is based and there is no other legal basis for such processing.
